I intially wasn’t sure how I felt about this supplement. There are SO MANY supplements on the market with similar claims, but I like how clean and simple this one is. There are tons of studies that verify that Turmeric is great for inflammation and full of antioxidants. After 10 days of taking this supplement, it was difficult for me to see any difference- until I forgot to take them for a day. I noticed my recovery for that day’s workout was not as fast as it had been the previous week, and the “chronic” dull ache/tightness was back in my lower back. It could have been the supplement, or perhaps some other factor, but either way, I would say it’s a great option if you are looking to add some botanicals that can assist your body with a healthy inflammation response.

This formula didn’t disappoint! I am a turmeric addict and love that this ayurvedic formula has Curcuma (the active compound in turmeric)!
