Ritual Tip: Place a candle on your desk for meditation breaks. 🙏🏻 In her “Daily Life of a Yogi” Workshop, (that inspired the launch of OmNourish) @alexsantos_virtualyoga encourages everyone to practice candle gazing, which you may find easier than trying to meditate without a goal: + Stare at a candle until you need to blink, + Then close eyes and watch the flame flicker in your third eye until it goes away. + Repeat. + Start with just 2-4 minutes and build up from there. Even doing this for short breaks can really create mental shift.
