Ritual Tip: Candle Gazing

Ritual Tip: ⁠ Place a candle on your desk for meditation breaks. 🙏🏻⁠ ⁠ In her “Daily Life of a Yogi” Workshop, (that inspired the launch of OmNourish) @alexsantos_virtualyoga encourages everyone to practice candle gazing, which you may find easier than trying to meditate without a goal: ⁠ ⁠ + Stare at a candle until you need to blink,⁠ + Then close eyes and watch the flame flicker in your third eye until it goes away. ⁠ + Repeat. ⁠ + Start with just 2-4 minutes and build up from there. ⁠ ⁠ Even doing this for short breaks can really create mental shift.⁠
